Currently, he serves as Deputy General Manager and a member of the party committee of GRINM Group Corporation Limited, and as Vice Chairman of Beijing GRINM RS Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd.

    Kogami Yasunori (male) graduated with in polymer chemistry major from Yamagata University, with Bachelor of Engineering. Currently, he serves as Technical Director of ShanDong GRINM RS Semiconductor Materials Co.,Ltd.and Director of Beijing GRINM RS Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd.

  • Qian He / Independent Director

    Qian He (male) holds a PhD. and is a professor at the School of Integrated Circuits, Tsinghua University. He has received second place for the National Technology Invention Award, first place for the Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award, second place for the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and has received special government subsidies and other rewards. His current research work mainly focuses on new semiconductor memory.

    Qiu Hongsheng (male) is a registered senior risk manager, senior economist, registered asset appraiser, national SME management consultant, registered M&A trader, and professor of accounting at Tianjin University of Finance and Economics. He is currently an independent director of China Electronics Huada Technology Co. Ltd., and China Electronics Optics Valley Union Holding Co. Ltd.
